Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

At IceSense, we strive to provide high-quality training experiences and educational services. We understand that scheduling and circumstances can change, and we’ve created the following refund policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and staff.

 

Private Training Sessions (1-on-1 or Small Group)

  • Full Refund or Reschedule: You may cancel or reschedule a private session at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or credit.

  • Late Cancellation (Under 24 Hours): No refund will be issued, but we may offer credit in special cases (injury, emergency).

  • No-Show: No refund or credit will be given for missed sessions without notice.

Group Programs, Clinics, or Camps

  • Cancellation 7+ Days Before Start Date: Full refund or program credit.

  • Cancellation Within 7 Days of Start: 50% refund or full program credit (depending on availability).

  • No Refund After Program Start: Once a program has started, no refunds will be issued unless:

    • Participant becomes injured and cannot continue.

    • IceSense cancels the program/session.

Note: Credit can be applied toward any future IceSense service within 6 months.

Digital Products & Online Courses

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of e-books, video courses, and downloadable material are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience technical issues, please contact us for support or replacement access.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please contact us if you have not received your refund after that time.
